Site Operative – £18 – 24k basic plus overtime

Sliptech are a specialist flooring company based on the outskirts of Colchester. We are looking to recruit a full or part time site operative to work as part of our contracts team.

Ideal applicants will be flexible in their approach to work and happy to work shifts that will include nights.

Previous experience working on a construction site or an understanding of the flooring industry would be beneficial but not a pre-requisite as full training will be provided.

Duties will include:

• Supporting teams on site to ensure swift completion of jobs
• Operating specialist cleaning machinery
• Spot cleaning
• Liaising with clients
• Analysing products usage and dilution
• Conducting tests on flooring
• Adherence to Health and Safety procedures
• Problem Solving

Due to the nature of our work travel will be required as part of the role and can often involve working unsociable hours. A full UK driving licence would be beneficial.
